FROM CRAMPED TO REVAMPED
Port Seton, East Lothian
Space and light. Two things that are often lacking in so many kitchens. We created more of both recently at this property in Port Seton, East Lothian, by taking down a wall that separated the kitchen and a study area.
A dark and congested room was opened up, with more light and colour offering up a big serving of depth. A classic shaker style from Burbidge brings tasteful simplicity to the table, with marble quartz work surfaces and a Belfast porcelain sink adding to the sense of quality. A brick tile back wall, vintage-style lanterns and Pergo laminate flooring complete the look.
